Our Story
Our story starts back in 2011, when Camera Clay was just a group of friends sharing ideas and creating films. By 2013, we had created a handful of award-winning short films and were inspired to venture out into the world of advertising.
We began producing commercials and quickly learned the ropes of advertising from some of the best creatives in the industry. I got my foot in the door at an ad agency and managed to create some seriously awesome tourism videos for destinations on the FL coast. In just a few short years, our client work went from local broadcast to the jumbotrons of Times Square, creating several nationally-awarded campaigns along the way. But after 3 years of agency work, I started feeling like I was stuck behind castle walls, churning out videos for big brands without much room for creativity or innovation. That's when I had a lightbulb moment: "Hey, I'm already doing all of this national work with nimble teams. Why not go out on my own?" So, I packed up my family and moved back to my hometown of Seguin, TX and brought Camera Clay with us.
Today, I work with all kinds of businesses across the country, using my expertise in storytelling and strategy to help them achieve their goals and grow their brands.
